production of secular music
One of Antnio Vivaldi’s best religious works. In fact the Venetian composer gave new dynamism to sacred music achieving new heights of expressiveness and vocal virtuosism which nobody had attempted before while considerably developing the art of orchestral composition. The concert ends with one of the most touching pieces composed by Domenico Scarlatti.
